All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.
Please note: During high-volume periods like launches and restocks, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully package each order with love.
We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping details—we’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
RETURN POLICIES
Due to the personal nature of our silk products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure quality. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@primpbyparker.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos. We’ll be happy to assist if something went wrong on our end.
